Horizons Seafood Festival

Horizons' Seafood Festival kicks off Monday 8th February with the best in local produce and imaginative cuisine.

Featured dishes include the mouth-watering Macadamia Crusted Snapper, Greek Style Octopus Salad, Szechuan Pepper & Salt Squid, Prawn Scallop & Bacon Skewer and Lobster Florentine.

Food & Beverage Manager Mr Kim Chilcott has orchestrated the event, "This is the second year of the Seafood Festival and in 2010, it's part of the Seafood Discovery Trail, featuring Currumbin to Cabarita."

The Southern Gold Coast and Tweed regions have joined forces to develop the Seafood Discovery Trail, showcasing and promoting the year-round source of diverse and splendid local and international seafood, prepared and presented according to the traditions of our region. The Horizons' Seafood Festival is proud to be part of this initiative.

Horizons is open daily, with the exclusive Seafood Menu available for lunch and dinner from 8th to 14th February.
